Management has implemented a new training strategy, underlining its goal of developing team skills and doubling the number of employees trained in 2021.

The Human Resources Department maintains a list of the training needs reported by each employee and/or manager during annual evaluations and professional interviews.

Working closely with OPCOs (government-approved professional training organizations), TAP has created a catalog of “turnkey” courses that provide valuable training in office skills, commerce, accounting, management, professional efficiency, modern languages, risk prevention, health and safety, etc.
