We’re always pleased to see each other, every single day. 92.1% of our employees are happy at work and say that the atmosphere at TAP is excellent. Bonjour !
Au siège, les premières minutes sont déjà un moment TAP à part entière ! Terry, le Président, passe dans tous les bureaux, plein d’énergie, pour faire un check sympa alors que d’autres collègues passeront de la discrétion au grand « Bonjour tout le monde ! ». La même ambiance règne dans nos équipes régionales et internationales !
La pause déj'
Entre collègues, au réfectoire ou dehors au soleil, elle nous permet de « recharger nos batteries » et de tisser des liens.
Célébrations
Tous les prétextes sont bons pour partager des moments conviviaux : anniversaire professionnel ou personnel, fin de période d’essai, vacances d’été ou d’hiver, etc. Nous réunissons au moins une fois par an les équipes des différents sites pour partager des informations corporate et un bon repas avant de se lancer dans les activités ludiques.
Un break sportif ?!
Pour les plus courageux ou sportifs inconditionnels, nous avons plusieurs activités à te proposer pendant la pause déjeuner ou après le travail : une table de ping-pong, des sessions de footing ou de marche aux alentours ou encore la possibilité de profiter de notre salle de fitness lorsque la situation sanitaire le permettra.
Notre mascotte
La convivialité chez TAP, c’est aussi la présence d’Indy, « le Jack Russel du Président ». Elle rend visite aux collaborateurs dans les bureaux, assiste à certaines réunions de Direction et aime fréquenter la cuisine surtout à l’heure du déjeuner (quelle surprise !?).

La disposition de nos locaux en open spaces facilite les échanges d’informations et le travail d’équipe. D’ailleurs, 90% de nos collaborateurs apprécient leur environnement de travail. Chez TAP, nos collaborateurs se sentent également engagés dans la stratégie de l’entreprise. Chaque année la Direction annonce ses enjeux, ambitions et objectifs lors d’un évènement interne… Challenges en perspective !

Nearly all of the group’s sites feature contemporary architecture and bright, spacious areas divided into small, open spaces with an industrial design.
Le siège
The group’s head office, including General Management, the Sales Department and the support teams, is located in the Sainte Apolline de Plaisir business area in Yvelines. In addition to their workspaces, our teams enjoy a fully-equipped “lunch area” and a fitness room that can be accessed anytime. Even though the head office is located in a business area, it’s easy to take a pleasant walk in the nearby forest or along the shores of the lake. The head office is easily accessible, either by car via the N12 or by public transit. Buses can get you to the Plaisir Grignon or Trappes stations in 25 minutes.
En région
The group has also decided to establish a regional presence in Saint Quentin Fallavier, near Lyon, one of the largest logistics hubs in France and Europe. For TAP, it’s the place to be. The warehouse adjoining our offices has just been expanded to support our growth.
Des usines modernes
Some of the equipment we sell is manufactured in Europe, including in our French factories, Bellevret Industries in the Jura and Mathiaut Production in the Côte d’Or department. TAP has also made significant investments in staying up to date, specifically by purchasing new robots.
À l’international
The group’s growth is also evidenced by its new locations. After Spain, Germany, Ukraine and Poland, work is now underway to welcome our Belgian team in the near future.
