TAP’s founder, Terry Agullo-Ponce, likes to get fully involved in everything he undertakes. One of his passions is auto racing. This past weekend, his team, TTM Compétition, won one of the races in the Lamera Cup at the Jarama Racetrack in Spain.

Winning this endurance race was a lot like the business world: You have to give yourself the means to succeed, aim to make progress quickly, and meet your goals.
