“I spend my days developing rating and manufacturing plans for the factories, looking for new systems, products or processes. So I take action at the beginning of the production line, in close collaboration with the purchasing and sales departments. It truly makes me proud to design products using specialized software and to see our customers’ specific equipment projects become a reality. To be a design office technician, you have to be curious, creative and meticulous.”
