Project Foreman, France

The TAP Group, storage and handling equipment specialists, is looking for:

Project Foreman

Reporting to the project superintendent, working on projects involving the implementation of equipment modifications and setting up of new installations, mainly structural steelwork. Responsible for the following tasks:

Duties

• Communicating instructions to the team manager and/or the workers under their supervision.
• Management and monitoring of the project timetable.
• Organizing weekly meetings between the client and the project foreman.
• Monitoring and drafting of the daily report.
• Updating the superintendent on the day’s progress.
• Carrying out audits

These duties entail travel throughout France as well as occasional work at sites in Bazoches (78) and Saint Quentin Fallavier (38).

Profile:

Professional training diploma in a technical domain, with at least 5 years’ experience in the locksmith/metalwork sector, specifically in steel construction or shelving.

Technical skills required:

• Aptitude for office and computer work.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and with other departments.
• Thoroughness.
• Complete knowledge of and compliance with site safety rules.
• Administration and management skills.
• Category B driver’s license required, a prerequisite for significant work-related travel
