Administrative and General Services Assistant
Reports to the Director of Administration and General Services, with the following daily responsibilities:
Duties
- General Services management (company access badges, highway toll passes, landlines and mobile phones, interdepartmental communication to resolve day-to-day problems, office supply management, etc.)
- Monitoring and administrative formatting of legal files (customers and suppliers) and claims, working with our insurance broker
- Placing orders for General Services
- Vehicle fleet management
- Front desk and phone reception
- Maintaining reporting tables
- Mail management
- Filing and archiving
Profile:
high school diploma + 2 years of higher education, professional experience in a similar role (an administrative or legal department). Successful candidates for this position will be responsive and have strong organizational skills. Interpersonal skills and an even temperament are also essential.A thorough understanding of office tools is required. Proactivity is a plus.
